Overview

CG-0988 is a selective SARS-CoV-2 3C-like protease ( 3CL pro ) inhibitor with an IC 50 of 8.5 nM. CG-0988 functionally inhibits SARS-CoV-2 3CL pro , blocks SARS-CoV-2 replication, and exerts antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2 variants. CG-0988 can be used in research related to coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
