ACC2-IN-1

Overview

ACC2-IN-1 is an orally active, selective inhibitor of acetyl-CoA carboxylase 2 ( ACC2 ), with an IC 50 of 1.9 nM against human targets. ACC2-IN-1 acts as a reducing agent to decrease malonyl-CoA levels in skeletal muscle and exhibits a favorable CYP450 inhibition profile. ACC2-IN-1 can be used in the research of type 2 diabetes.
