PROTAC TEAD degrader-3

Overview

PROTAC TEAD degrader-3 is a TEAD PROTAC degrader with an IC 50 of < 5 nM against TEAD1, TEAD2, TEAD3 and TEAD4. PROTAC TEAD degrader-3 promotes ubiquitination and degradation of TEAD1/2/3/4.
