Overview

PROTAC HTT Degrader-1 is a cIAP1 -recruiting Htt PROTAC degrader. PROTAC HTT Degrader-1 recruits cIAP1 to mHtt or wtHtt and induces their degradation via the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
