Hsp90-IN-47

Overview

Hsp90-IN-47 (Compound C15) is a Hsp90 inhibitor and antifungal agent, with an IC 50 of 0.014 μM against Hsp90α. When combined with Fluconazole ( HY-B0101 ), Hsp90-IN-47 exerts significant synergistic antifungal effects against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans 0304103. Hsp90-IN-47 exhibits antitumor activity against acute myeloid leukemia and non-small cell lung cancer .
