(Rac)-Centrolobol

Overview

(Rac)-Centrolobol is a racemic isomer of Centrolobol ( HY-N3564 ). Centrolobol is a diarylheptane compound with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which exists in the fermented stems of Alnus sibirica . Centrolobol scavenges DPPH free radicals and inhibits the production of NO in LPS-stimulated immune cells. Centrolobol can be used in studies related to anti-inflammation and antioxidation.
