Overview

3P-RGD2 is a dimeric cyclic RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) peptide. When radiolabeled with 99m Tc, 3P-RGD2 serves as a selective radiotracer for integrin α v β 3 . When radiolabeled with 99m Tc, 3P-RGD2 enables single-photon emission computed tomography imaging of integrin α v β 3 .
