TCO-PEG3-aldehyde

Overview

TCO-PEG3-aldehyde functions as a bifunctional PEG linker including an aldehyde moiety that can react with aminooxy or hydrazide moieties as well as a TCO moiety that can directly and efficiently react with tetrazine moieties through fast click chemistry. The PEG3 linkage bolsters the water solubility of the molecule.
