Overview

Propargyl-PEG4-thiol is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG4-thiol is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of ADCs. Propargyl-PEG4-thiol is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an alkyne group and can undergo CuAAc with molecules containing azide groups.
