Overview

S1P Lyase Fluorogenic Substrate enables real-time monitoring of sphingosine-1-phosphate lyase (S1PL) activity through enzymatic release of fluorescent 7-hydroxycoumarin. S1PL catalyzes the cleavage of sphingosine-1-phosphate into hexadecenal and phosphoethanolamine and is a potential therapeutic target in autoimmune diseases and cancer.
