Overview

R6G NHS ester, 5-isomer is a xanthene dye of rhodamine series and has a very high quantium yield of 0.95. The NHS ester can react specifically and efficiently with primary amines such as the side chain of lysine residue or aminosilane-coated surfaces at neutral or slightly basic conditions to form a covalent bond.
