93-O17O

Overview

93-O17O is a chalcogen-containing ionizable lipidoid and has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). When 93-O17O is incorporated into LNPs, Cre recombinase and ribonucleoproteins for genome editing in mice can be delivered as well as for the intratumoral delivery of cGAMP to enhance cross-presentation of tumor antigens.
