Cbz-PEG2-bromide

Overview

Cbz-N-amido-PEG8-bromide contains a Cbz-protected amino group and a terminal bromide group for substitution reactions. The Cbz protecting group can be removed under hydrogenation catalytic conditions to free the amine, which can react with carboxylic acid or efficiently with activated NHS ester.
