Val-Cit-PAB-MMAF

Overview

Val-Cit-PAB-MMAF is a cleavable ADC linker bound to Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF). MMAF is an antitubulin agent that inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin. The Val-Cit will specifically be cleaved by Cathepsin B. As this enzyme is only present in the lysosome, the ADC payload will be released only in the cell.
