Overview

9322-O16B is an ionizable cationic lipid utilized in the development of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery in vitro. LNPs formulated with 9322-O16B and mRNA encoding chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) have been employed to generate anti-CD19 CAR macrophages, demonstrating anticancer activity.
