Overview

Exatecan-2-(aminomethoxy)acetamide-Gly-Fmoc is a hexacyclic chemical compound analogous to camptothecin with a Fmoc-protected glycine. It can be used as a payload in ADC research. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic conditions to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations.
