C12-SPM

Overview

C12-SPM is a lipidoid characterized by a branched-chain structure containing polyamine moieties. Researchers have employed it in conjunction with other lipids to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). These LNPs serve as carriers for delivering small interfering RNA (siRNA) that specifically targets the host protein kinase C-related kinase 2 (PRK2).
