Overview

[2-(Fmoc-amino)acetamido]Acetate-Cbz is a cleavable ADC linker with an Fmoc group and a benzyl (Cbz) protecting group. The Fmoc group can be deprotected under basic condition to obtain the free amine which can be used for further conjugations.
