16:0 DBCO PE

Overview

The 16:0 DBCO Peptides are an activator of ion channels, including calcium channels. They can also activate G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) and phospholipase C (PLC) in addition to ion channels. Antibodies against the 16:0 DBCO Peptides can be generated by immunizing animals with this peptide. The antibodies generated will recognize the 16:0 DBCO Peptides and bind to them, inhibiting their function.
