TCO-PEG3-DBCO

Overview

DBCO-PEG3-TCO is a heterobifunctional linker enabling catalyst-free azide–DBCO click chemistry and rapid TCO–tetrazine ligation. Its fast, selective, and biocompatible reactivity supports applications in imaging, drug delivery, radionuclide therapy, and bioconjugation within complex biological systems, including living organisms. Hydrophilicity is improved via the PEG spacers.
