Overview

BP Fluor 430 NHS ester, TEA salt is a hydrophilic dye. It is used in flow cytometry and other applications. BP Fluor 430 NHS ester is comparable to Alexa Fluor 430 NHS ester. The NHS ester functional group allows to conjugate the fluorophore efficiently with primary and secondary amine groups in both aqueous buffers and anhydrous conditions.
