Overview

ATFB SE (N-Succinimidyl 4-Azidotetrafluorobenzoate) is a photo-activatable linker for labeling biological receptors and coating carbon or organic-based polymers. Activated by light (258 nm), it generates nitrene intermediates for efficient insertion and addition reactions. As an NHS ester derivative, it readily reacts with primary and secondary amines on biomolecules like proteins, peptides, and small molecules, making it highly versatile for biochemical applications.
