Overview

246C10 is an ionizable lipid with a multi chargeable piperazine, and it is used in creating lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vitro and in vivo mRNA delivery. These LNPs, containing an encapsulated mRNA reporter, selectively accumulate in the mouse liver.
