E10i-494 is an ionizable cationic branched endosomal disruptor (BEND) lipid that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of mRNA and small molecules in vitro and in vivo. LNPs containing E10i-494 and encapsulating mCherry or luciferase mRNA induce mCherry or luciferase expression in T cells.
