Overview

Pomalidomide-amido-C5-azide is a PROTAC linker featuring a pomalidomide, an aliphatic spacer, and an azide. Pomalidomide recruiits E3 ligase for the ubiquitinylation and subsequent proteolysis of target proteins. Meanwhile, the azide reacts with terminal alkynes and strained cyclooctynes though click chemistry.
