Overview

N-Succinimidyl 4-(2-pyridyldithio)pentanoate is a linker containing an NHS ester that can be used to label the primary amines (-NH2) of proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides, and other amine-containing molecules. The pyridyl disulfide group can react with thiol groups of proteins over a wide range of pH levels.
