Overview

Pomalidomide-amino-PEG4-NH2 hydrochloride is a PROTAC linker featuring a pomalidomide, a PEG spacer and a primary amine. Pomalidomide activates E3 ligase to ubiquinylate target proteins. This structure's amine may be used for further derivatization through a variety of reactions.
