YHS-12

Overview

YHS-12 is an ionizable lipid used to create lipid nanoparticles for RNA delivery. LNPs with a 15:10:25:2.5 (YHS-12/DOPE/cholesterol/DMG-PEG) formula efficiently deliver mRNA and siRNA to Raw264.7-Luc cells, targeting monocytes in vivo to enhance MRSA-targeted CAR mRNA and CASP11 siRNA delivery.
