DOTA-PEG4-amine

Overview

DOTA-PEG4-amine is a bifunctional, DOTA-type metal chelator. DOTA-PEG4-amine can be conjugated with Dextran for quantitative analysis in the presence of a highly luminescent complex. DOTA-PEG4-amine can also bind to radionuclides to prepare radionuclide drug conjugates (RDCs). RDCs have the ability to specifically target biomolecules and can be used in medical imaging or therapy.
