Tos-PEG2-NH-Boc

Overview

Tos-PEG2-NH-Boc is a PEG linker containing a tosyl group and Boc-protected amine group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the water solubility of a compound in aqueous media. The tosyl group is a good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reactions. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form a free amine.
