Overview

Lipid 14 is an ionizable amino lipid used in creating lipid nanoparticles (LNPs). These LNPs encapsulate mRNA encoding the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike glycoprotein receptor-binding domain (RBD), enhancing anti-RBD antibody levels in mice.
