Overview

Fmoc-Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly-OH is a Fmoc protected protease-cleavable ADC linker featuring the GGFG (Gly-Gly-Phe-Gly) sequence. It can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) by attaching to payloads and antibodies. The Fmoc group can be removed under basic conditions to yield a free amine for further conjugation. The carboxylic acid group can be cojugated with amine-related entities.
