1-Oleoyl-2-acetyl-sn-glycerol is a diacylglycerol that contains oleic acid at the sn-1 and acetyl group at the sn-2 position. It is an activator of phospholipid-dependent protein kinase C. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups.
