Vacuolin-1 (CAS 351986-85-1) is a specific inhibitor of Ca²⁺-dependent lysosomal exocytosis. It blocks lysosome fusion with the plasma membrane without affecting other organelles or cellular traffic. Widely used in studies on lysosomal content release and autophagy modulation.
