mDPR-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE

Overview

mDPR-Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE TFA is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC, combining MMAE, a tubulin polymerization inhibitor, with a protease-sensitive Val-Cit peptide. It targets cancer cells by attaching to monoclonal antibodies, delivering the MMAE anticancer payload. The maleimide moiety can react with cysteine or other thiol molecule for bioconjugation.
