Overview

DM1-SMe is an unconjugated Maytansinoid in IMGN901, a microtubule inhibitor and ADC cytotoxin. It is a DM1 analog with a thiomethane cap and shows in vitro activity against cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 0.002 to >3 nM.
