Overview

5'-O-DMT-N4-Acetyl-2'-Deoxycytidine is a potent and selective inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinases Cck-A, which are overexpressed in certain tumour cells. It blocks the activation of Cck-A, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of tumour cells.
