Induces p21 expressoin and arrests cells at G1. Causes enhanced mitotic sensitivity to taxol. | | General Description | A cell-permeable potent and selective thiol-containing peptidomimetic farnesyltransferase (FTase) inhibitor with anti-tumor properties.
