| Biochem/physiol Actions | SR1555 is a selective RORγ inverse agonist that inhibits the development and function of TH17 cells, a subset of T cells that have been implicated in the pathology of several autoimmune diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
