Diazo allows efficient release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin using sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4). | | Uses | Diazo biotin-alkyne is an alkyne-activated, sodium dithionite (Na2S2O4) cleavable biotin probe that allows for efficient release of the captured biomolecules from streptavidin.
