UsesConductive polymerPolyaniline is used in chemical vapor sensors, supercapacitors and biosensors. It is also useful for manufacture of electrical conducting yarns, antistatic coatings, electromagnetic shielding, flexible electrodes and printed circuit board. Further, it is used in antistatic and ESD coatings and corrosion protection.
UsesPLB facilitates the formation of a conjugating system that can be used for a variety of semiconducting applications. It can be used in the fabrication of a variety of devices which include fuel cells, light emitting diodes, super capacitors, chemical sensors(10) and rechargeable batteries.(11)
UsesThe polymer acts as an anticorrosive additive. Epoxy paints may be modified using PAni-EB.
