Uses	DPH may be used in c-Abl tyrosine kinase-mediated cell signaling studies.
Biochem/physiol Actions	DPH is a potent cell permeable c-Abl activator. DPH binds to the myristoyl binding site and leads to activation of c-Abl kinase activity. The compound stimulates the phosphorylation of c-Abl and its downstream substrate Crk.
