Uses	2-(2-Chloroethyl)-N-methyl-pyrrolidine hydrochloride is an intermediate used in the synthesis of reversed lactam analogues of ARC-111 with potent topoisomerase I-targeting activity and cytotoxcity.
Uses	2-(2-Chloroethyl)-1-methylpyrrolidine hydrochloride was used in the synthesis of N-[2-(1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl)ethyl]-N-(2-iodo-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl) amide. It was used as reagent during the synthesis of 1-methyl-2-[2-[2-(2-phenylethyl)phenoxy]ethyl]pyrrolidine hydrochlochloride.
