2-Chloro-4-methylaniline Usage And Synthesis
Description2-Chloro-4-methylaniline was used in determination of aniline derivatives in environmental water samples using on-line combination of supported liquid membrane extraction and liquid chromatography. It was also used in determination of amines in environmental water samples by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. It is an intermediate used to prepare reverse transcriptase inhibitors of HIV-1.
Chemical Propertiesclear yellow to pale brown liquid
Chemical PropertiesThe chloromethylanilines are colorless or white crystalline solids or liquids, some have a mild fishy odor.
