Uses	It is an important raw material and intermediate used in organic synthesis, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals and dyestuffs.
General Description	Spectral characteristics of inclusion complexation of 2-amino-7-bromofluorene in aqueous β-cyclodextrin solution were evaluated. Fluorescence quenching of 2-amino-7-bromofluorene by chloromethanes (CH₂Cl₂, CHCl₃, CCl₄) in various solvents was studied.
