General Description	(-)-MK-801 hydrogen maleate is a less potent stereoisomer of (+)-MK-801.
Biological Activity	Less active enantiomer (10-fold less potent in behavioral studies) than (+)-MK 801 maleate ((5S,10R)-(+)-5-Methyl-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5,10-imine maleate ).
