| Uses | 3-Azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane Hydrochloride is used in synthesis of derivatives of Tolterodine and Oxybutynin which are used in treatment of urinary incontinence. Restricted azabicyclics are used to replace open chain amines in these derivatives. 3-Azabicyclo[3.1.0]hexane Hydrochloride is also used in derivation and preparation dipeptidyl peptidase-IV inhibitors. |
