| Uses | (S)-Tenofovir is an S-enatiomeric derivative of Tenofovir (T018500). (S)-Tenofovir displays virucidal activity against herpes, visna virus and retrovirus. The S enantiomer of Tenofovir (T018500) is less effective against HIV than their (R)-enantiomeric counterparts. |
