Uses	(R)-1-(5-Amino-2-(1-(benzyloxy)-2-methylpropan-2-yl)-6-fluoro-1H-indol-1-yl)-3-(benzyloxy)propan-2-ol is a Tezacaftor (T321510) intermediate. Tezacaftor is used as a combination therapy with Ivacaftor for the treatment of patients with cystic fibrosis.
