General Description	Trihexyltetradecylphosphonium bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinate is a phosphonium-based ionic liquid. It can be prepared by reacting trihexyl(tetradecyl)-phosphonium chloride with bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinic acid in the presence of a base.
